Exhausted

Still up and work in three hours!! So tired of anxiety waking me up in the night. Have brr suffering from.bad anxiety for a while now. The only problem is that it is making my stimach and boewls suffer my belly grumbles all night, I feel faint and it is horrid. So fed up of it now!!

Ah luv i have had the same terrible night last night waking up felt shakey this morning dizzy and as if i was gona pass out and couldnt get off toilet so you not alone love i know its horrible and i hate it too but am having some good days now it does tire you out luv and i feel fed up too but we can stick together xxx

Can feel your pain and worry although i am not at work at the moment with anxiety and panic attacks, can relate to waking up or not being able to sleep for hours on end.You must feel exhausted and feeling dizzy and faint is the most horrible feeling in the world. As for the loo its because your anxious have experienced this myself.

I do hope this passes and you feel better soon. Lucky enough this site helps because people understand and can feel what your going through.
