Try to speak to someone and maybe go to see your GP, also check out the help offered by Anxiety UK here anxietyuk.org.uk/get-help/
Go back to your GP,ask for help and as Y/Doodle say look at the link,you will get lots of good advice on this site from the most wonderful people who will also help you cope
