Just had call from doc that I arranged for today to discuss my side effects of citalopram 10mg .... and he has advised me to stop taking it asap
I have been so sick and feeling horrendous, but now I feel this last 12 days has been for nothing???
Please help people has anyone else found hope after coming off an anti D?

Dont see it as a waste of time , you gave them a try & you had side effects which lots dont , but some do , if we dont try we will never no , you gave it your best shot & should feel proud you did
Does the GP not suggest another one you could try ?
There is hope after coming of anti D ...there is also other meds as well as therapy you could talk to your GP about
I would go & see them & tell them how bad you feel , keep using the site & reading the blogs you will find other simular stories , & see that you are not alone

Ive to go and see him tomorrow and he said he might try another tablet .... I will let you know what happens. Cant bear the thought of trying another brand and having another fortnight of side effects 
I too had side effects with those anti depressants but afta trying 2 others av found a tablet that suits me and I am beginning to live my life again.
Like others av said u av to try and u wil find one that suits. Hang on in there. ; )
