ANXIETY

I know we each have our own anxiety, but i learned it was never the present subject, it was just my anxiety latching on to something at a vulnerable moment....

MY HEALTH,-- MY CAR--,MY WASHING MACHINE-- MY FEET,

WHAT TO WORRY ABOUT TODAY AS ANXIETY HAS GOT ME BEAT,

THE SUNS TO HOT, MY NOSE IS TO BIG, THE DOG HAS DONE A POO,

WILL I LIFT IT OR LEAVE IT --IS IT FULL OF BACTERIA, I GUESS I,LL NEVER KNOW,

WAIT!.. I HEAR A KNOCK AT THE DOOR ,IT IS A MURDERER COMING FOR ME,

THANK GOODNESS THE LITTLE WOMAN NEXT DOOR ASKED ME IN FOR TEA,

NOW I,LL NOT WORRY BOUT FINDING SOMETHING TO WORRY, BECAUSE............... "ANXIETY"............. WILL DO THAT FOR MEEE

Never was good at poetry (made it up as I wrote ha ha).. if you are suffering it is not meant to upset...... you will understand this as you get better...and you will....xx

See.......(LOL)......you probably smiled there and for that moment things were not that bad at all...........so you see happiness does lie within, sometimes dormant, but always there.....xxxxx (caught you..haha)..xx

I think when you understand how ANXIETY works (just like above) it gives you a great relief to know that the imaginary problems are only an outlet for your anxiety (and it could be anything you wish!!!!)......Once you take steps to deal with your anxiety by understanding how it works, and getting help by talking/doctors/meds/cbt and slowly learning what is really important in life, you begin to see the light (I couldn,t see the tunnel..lol) and hopefully will slowly but surely gain a gratitude for life and with this you cannot go wrong.........xxx
