Hi Nancy , the copy I have is called " Essential Help For Your Nerves". I read a little before I go to sleep at night . I find it helps a lot. It can be a bit deep for me sometimes but it shocks me with how true it is . She suffered herself I believe? anyway I read it over and over like a Bible. Hey there fellow cake eating interneter. It's cold up ere in the northwest too but I'm in the office working hard (shhhhh) and it is like an oven! It's amazing how many people think you are okay whilst you sit there trembling xx

lol i am sitting in a closed office as it is payroll with 2 guys, windows opened cz one of them is sick and i don't want to get sick, it is about 4 degrees outside and i am hugging my heater

i know what you mean by people around you, it is amazing how we manage to pull this face like there is nothing wrong but deep down i am like when they are going to discover that i am a bit coucou lol
