First day back at work today....

And I didn't sleep very well last night but I guess that's to be expected as I have been off for 5 weeks. I have felt a bit shaky all day but everyone was so nice and seemed pleased to have me back. I am sure the shakiness will wear off and I am glad I am on a phased return. I was off due to stress/work load and it feels a relief that it is out in the open, hopefully I will continue to improve and grow in confidence again. Good wishes to everyone on this site xx

Hi. SusyB. Another success story! They come thick and fast these days. We must be doing something right! I am so pleased for you. It is a relief when anything is 'out in the open'.

We can see "IT", look at "IT" and when we do it does not seem half as bad as we thought. None of the symptoms of nervous illness like being brought into the light of day. They are cunning and work better in the darkness of ignorance. That is why UNDERSTANDING is so important.
