Blood tests

Hiya everyone i have had my blood tests repeated there all normal but im not convinced why do i feel like this

I did the exact same thing hun, Blood tests and ECG's. I know it's hard but try thinking there's nothing wrong with you it's only the anxiety feelings, concerntrate on something else (keep busy) and they become easier to live with!

I hope this doesn't sound harsh in anyway I know how hard and horrid anxiety attacks can be and how desperate you can get to get rid of them.

Hiya I've had the tests 3 blood tests last month all clear 1 visit to AnE nothing found chest X-rays clear last yr i had tests after my heart attack due to smoking and fryups not anxiety all good it's the anxiety that we've got to beat by finding things to get our minds off it because when we're anxious we become hyper sensitive to every little twinge ache and pain and we blow them way out of proportion if we've been checked we should be fine so try and find something to take your mind off it reading listening to music walking something you enjoy doing anything to change direction of your thoughts be positive not negative you take care all the best Mel

Thank u for your replys i no deep down its anxiety just cannot help the thoughts really horrible thought about.me dieing leaving my kids family etc

right there with you natt, i've just had an ECG and bloods done, results due back on tuesday. i also have to wear a 24 hour heart monitor next week aswell due to chset pains and numbness in my arm.

but like PB said we have to think positive and believe in what the doctors are telling us and remember all the positive things in life, no matter how bad things might feel at the moment
