Side Effects From Herbal Sleeping Tablets

I am currently taking Natrasleep and find they help a great deal. However, the next day I seem to have what I would describe as internal shaking. I am not sure if this is a side effect of the tablets or not. Does anyone else experience this with Kalms or Nytol? There is no information with them as to what the side effects might be. Thanks

I found herbal sleeping drops made me dopey (or dopier some might say) the next morning. I couldn't wake up properly.

I don't remember shakes but certainly they affected me.
