didnt sleep at all last night had my eyes closed just couldnt manage to get to sleep.

woke up feeling really weird , i actually dunno how to explain it like i was sort of hungover/floaty not my self.

Hi no dont have a fast heartbeat but at times feel like I cant breathe and that my throat is closing up.
