Hi Littlecook,

I’m going back to work today so I’m a little anxious but more of a good anxious than a bad anxious. I’m trying to practice being prompt and on time as I’ve struggled in the past with getting out the door at the last minute with minor details.

Love your happy place. Looks like the perfect zen place to enjoy your glass of wine. It’s good to create a place where you can forget your troubles for a while…you did good! Thanks for sharing it. Take care xxx

How was work yesterday?

Hi! Thank you for asking. The first two days have gone surprisingly well aside from the 90-minute round trip commute. I’ve been using the driving time to catch up on podcasts I’ve been meaning to listen to. They help keep my mind focused and makes the time go by faster. But all in all I can’t complain and am happy to be back amongst my old colleagues and being busy away from home.

I read about your poor mom taking a fall in her care home. That was such a shame to read. How is she doing now? How are you doing?
