Anyone else just like go back and forth from being a crazy anxious to being completely fine? Like I feel like some days I don’t even have anxiety and other days I feel doomed like nothing will ever be okay and im never going to get better. I get anxious over silly un logical things and I know that yet they still give me so much anxiety and I just don’t understand why I’m okay sometimes and not other times. I just overthink like my brain doesn’t let me exist in peace 80% of the time pls give me advice or just tell me if you understand!!!

I completely understand. I go through these phases multiple times a day or days apart. It is very frustrating and can quickly spiral to depression because I wonder if I will evwr be normal. The answer is yes, it will get better. I have times where I suddenly realize I have not been anxious for days and feel good and then 30 minutes later I am a complete wreck. One thing that is helping me is writing down all my thoughts so I get them out of my head. Just know that we got you and if you need to talk, someone is always there for you. Keep putting those good moments together and eventually the anxiety moments will become fewer and further between.
