Anxiety knots stomach

Sorry to hear about your dear mum we have a bereavement forum here called bereavement care and share maybe that could be of some support.
Very sorry to hear about your Mom Things will get better but give yourself time
Try to breathe into your stomach as often as you can all through the day
Belly Breathing there are videos on You Tube it's really good
Agora who posts on here and is an angel with her support recommended it and it really works
I hope that you will try the bereavement support on here too Must admit I didn't know about that until I read kenster1 reply to you
Look after yourself grief takes us all in different ways you will feel better just be kind to yourself
oh mattz. I’m sorry. You must have been close to her. Did she die suddenly or in a traumatic way? Although everyone grieves in their own way, try more writing of memories you enjoyed with her, looking at pics (or avoiding them altogether). Maybe talking with someone else that knew her. Know that we are here for you. Zen hugs 🫂
hey Mattz2 I totally understand my friend I’m 65 years old. My dad died in 1985, 40 years ago. Yeah and I have held anxiety still to this day. I have panic attacks rarely but I’d still get them. They used to be four and five a day for years. But I constantly go around every pain every thought constantly thinking something is wrong can’t sleep at night half the time. I am not on any medication because I took it before and now I refuse to take it because just out of the blue after somebody passes away, this can affect you And I guess the best thing is just try to learn to deal with it and man is it hard but anyhow, just so you know you’re not alone man there’s a lot of us out here . But I don’t remember ever hearing of this kind of mental health problems back when I was a kid I wouldn’t put it past all of the food that they’re destroying and spraying and the water in the air that the greedy people in the world has destroyed. I think that might have something to do it that I don’t know plus we’re not as busy today as we were when I was a kid. I’m retired now, so I have problems with it every day.
