Taken off medication

I needed to go and see my doctor to discuss a number of things ,and it was decided to take me off my fluoxetine untill I've seen my FND hospital who will decided what medication is best for me ,also I have PTSD ,I'm still waiting for a talking therapy but I should be having a phone call end of this month. I still try and help others that are struggling but it's difficult when I'm not coping with things , but I always try and put others first.

That's makes it difficult with my special need boys at Christmas, I don't want to let them down but I can't cope with the fall outs anymore, I think it may push me over the edge. Please tell me what todo for the best .

Your little friend.
