Hi all... I would really like to find a group of people to connect to that are the support people for others who struggle with anxiety. It would be ideal to to find 3-5 other men who are trying to support their wives who have an anxiety disorder. You can read more about my story on my profile.
Can anyone suggest where I can go to find and connect with others? Or maybe I am already in the right place (here) and will hear from some of you.
Thanks much in advance.

I did read your story and my best advice is that your wife should get back on her medication and continue on it until she becomes stable. There is absolutely nothing wrong with taking medication if it is helping unless she is suffering from severe side affects. The other thing is that I found medication helped but I had to learn to think and react differently about anxiety to heal. The reality is that anxiety is a paradox, the more you struggle and fight it the more it persists so the solution is to learn what is really going on and learn to be comfortable with the uncomfortable sensations and to not believe the anxious thoughts because they are lies. I recommend the DARE Anxiety book and youtube videos for how to heal, also the youtube/website of Paige Pradko and the youtube of Emma at Therapy in a Nutshell.
