So my cousin who suffer epilepsy visited and she had an episode while here thank god it wasn’t bad but it truly traumatized me I already think everything is wrong with me but I’ve just been wondering if it will happen to me next . I’ve been sleepless the past 4 days .

She was explaining how they come on and I was telling her sometimes I hear a weird noise in my ear and feel weird for second but it goes away and I have strange bouts of De’Ja vu I’m so terrified I just don’t know how to calm down any tips please ????

It is very scary to witness a seizure. Perhaps you should talk to your Dr about what happened and get more information on this subject. Every person is different.

Yes she has them very periodically , like some people may have a few and then it kinda just goes away but she has them all the time this one wasn’t so bad compared to the others she had . It’s just so hard watching them go through that .

Yes true babes but very horrible to go through and watch it happen too… I think personally if you was going to have seizures you would of had one way before now but I see why you would panic over them I’ve got health anxiety and I convince myself I’ve got or going to get some sort of Illnesses or something bad our anxiety plays with our minds hugely makes us think some things and we convince ourselves it’s true be kind to yourself honey.. remember your strong you was there for her when she needed you xx

Thank you very much I say the same thing I’ve been trying so hard to calm myself down . It’s just when you develop those feelings it seem to take a while to get back to your healthy mindset . But I hope everything works out with you as well ❣️

I am sorry to hear this but you can't catch epilepsy from someone else. So relax.
