Yes, very weak feelings in my legs. And so tired. Is that depression?
I am also weak and legs weak and body shaky
I'm with u I'm usually always feeling this
I get this when I'm having a bad time with anxiety. Apparently it's partly to do with overbreathing which causes too much oxygen in your blood (which is part of the flight or fight response). It's because you body is prioritising sending the blood to your muscles so you can run or fight. This is also why we often feel cold during anxiety. Have you tried breathing exercises? These can help bring you back to feeling normal by activation of the parasympathetic nervous system (the one that reduces the adrenalin in your body to stop the flight or fight response).
All the best X
Thanks! Great suggestions. Seems a few of us feel this way. My legs are so wobbly right now. It’s hard to do much.
I hope everyone feels better too.
Any time. Trust me that you’re not dying and just live life around these symptoms. I have to sit down from time to time myself but I know what it is and now you do too 😃
Oh yes. I’d say these two symptoms have been the worst of my anxiety symptoms. I’ve learned to ignore them for the most part and just go through life with jelly legs and feeling a little wobbly in the head. It doesn’t scare me anymore. I went to every doctor known to man in the beginning and had a CT scan, tests for Miniere’s disease, a hearing test, etc. nothing. I’ve also felt like mg legs would give out and I’ve had the shakes so bad people would notice. Now that I know these things aren’t about to kill me, I just live with them and I live just fine.
Wobbly in the head is me! Jelly legs is the best way to describe it. I feel like I’m going to fall over. Must sit down. Or lie down. It’s very hard to be active at all. Thanks for your advice.
Yes, sometimes my anxiety makes me feel this way. You may want to mention it to your doctor as well though as it could be something medical. Inner ear problems can cause constant dizziness, among other things.
