Feeling heavy is it anxiety ?

Moved to a new state, doctor say I'm a bit of an anemic . Don't know if it's anxiety or the symptoms of anemia.

Doctors can't find any wrong thing wrong just saying my blood is a little low I'm feeling real heavy and off balance also it's kind of messing with my vision I don't know if it's anxiety or the anemia?

PS: I'm not on any medications for chronic anxiety.

Has anybody else went through this?

Quick thought, have you checked your B12 levels? Sounds like it could be the Anaemia, but I know little. Have you had a full blood count test. And got a print out of the results ? This might give some possible answers and you could then research the results/ look on an Anaemia forum for help. I’m only writing this from my own experiences of blood tests etc.

No I didn't but imma go back and ask for my results. I don't know if they did a full blood count test I went to the ER .

I asked my primary doctor to do one! 🥰🙏🏾
