I’m on citalipram and propranolol for my anxiety and depression and my heart palpitations seemed to be under control a bit more but then my friend killed himself the other week not long after losing my dad. I’m wondering if maybe I need to increase my dosage

I’m so sorry for your losses! It seems like you are under a lot of stress so it makes sense your anxiety is worse so therefore your heart palpitations are stronger. You may not need an upped dose once things calm down, but I would recommend you bring this up with your doctor anyway.
