yes but it’s not helping. due to my situation i have to wait almost a year to go to a therapist that specializes in anxiety so all i can really do right now is seek support from others

I'm sorry you have to wait a year. In the meantime there are a lot of you tube videos that deal with anxiety. Some are excellent. You might explore those in the meantime.

Hi Lexi, I have been in a similar situation few years back, for me meditation did wonders also my family supported and constantly assured me with kind words. Now I can tell I learned to conquer my anxiety by controlling it.
