Hi - I found in the first couple of months I really enjoyed my food for the first time in a long time. This effect faded after that but I didn't put any weight on. I've been on sertraline for 4years now and still the same weight.

I'm definitely struggling to control my weight on Sertraline. I just seem to have a big appetite all the time and I don't sleep well, which doesn't help.

Exercise definitely helps with the anxiety though so it's another incentive to enjoy that more often!

I have only been on sertraline for 10 months, but have gain over 2stone. My appetite has not changed nor has my eating habits. Really hoping I can get this under control being extra exercise and more healthier foods
