Generally feel like someone’s sitting on me and suffocating me does everyone get this? My chest feels so tight and heavy with chest pains feels like I can’t breath right. Making me panic.

When I'm under a lot of stress this happens to me. Kind of hard to breathe st times but I slow myself down and just breathe. Sorry you are going thru this...😒

I know I just checked my blood pressure it’s 91/73. Scared 😢

I wish I could get mine that way. I've been told those numbers aren't too bad. Do you take anything for blood pressures?
