anybody ever feel like they are not here not depersonalisation something different can’t explain it it’s so strange mainly when I’m out somewhere

Yes. The outside world looks like a two dimensional picture and you are not in it. I sometimes catch a glimpse of one of my limbs out of the corner of my eye and it appears that it is not part of me. Strange symptoms but they pass when the anxiety recedes.

No I don’t feel like I’m not here it’s a different feeling can’t explain it plus I feel like my head is just off side or some thing , it’s so strange xx
