So idk how to say this, this is pretty new to me I've had anxiety since I was a kid and believe it's genetic, I come from a sort of place where mental health is rather taboo but my case was so bad that I had to drop outta school for 2 years and cudnt even leave my room, fast forward I got better thru self therapy and forcing myself to do stuff when I felt a bit better, now cuz of quarantine my whole recovery has come to a halt and after a few years now I'm going back to it being pretty bad and I have no one to talk to about it and I just wanted some reassurance I guess cuz self therapy only helps so far when u cant physically do much like go outside and hang out with people etc to make it better, I have trouble falling asleep and the day just goes on in survival mode, anything helps thanks :(
