Has anyone taken ashwanga think that’s how you spell it. Are there any side effects ? Does it take the edge of if feeling abit anxious . Thank you

Oh yes. I have Lyme Disease which creates tremendous anxiety above what I already had, along with insomnia. I take two Organic India (brand) at bedtime. I cannot tell you the tremendous difference in my sleep along with calming me down. You may want to experiment as the best time to take it for you. These two capsules equal 800 mg of Ashwagandha Root. There are many different kinds, so do your research and get a very good quality...put the money into it. I always try to get the root. And as far as I can tell, no side effects. Look at pharmaceuticals and the side effects you get from them. I have been taking it for quite awhile now. I do think they they recommend taking periodic breaks, and I don't think it is because it is dangerous, just that the body becomes adjusted to it. I actually take periodic breaks from all my supplements. I hope this helps you. Just a tip, I also take Magnesium at bed, because it relaxes the body. You will have to experiment to see which type works best for you.
