weird tightness in chest for a couple minutes.. heart?

hi everyone

last night I was watching some TV and got tightness in my chest randomly. it was in the middle between my breasts. there wasn't any pain. I felt totally fine and could breathe fine etc but just spooked me a bit. Dr Google of course said heart attack/angina so I'm a bit worried. I slept fine and I've felt fine all day. I do suffer from GERD/acid reflux often and I was sat funny (reclined a bit with my feet up) so maybe it was that or just muscles. wondering what everyone thinks.

I can't afford the copay right now so really don't want to get it looked at unless I feel it's an emergency

I get that quite allot .. I am sure it's anxiety , when your muscles go tight. I sometimes suffer From, shortness of breath. But tell myself I am ok, it's just panic , as I cycle every week play squash . Try and think positive take some slow deep breaths . It does pass. 🙂
