Mirtazapine being doubled to 30mg

hi so I'm currently on 15mg Mirtazapine one a day and it's being doubled to 30mg from tommorow, any advice for me as I'm stressed about it

Hiya slothperson, How did you find 30mg? I'm considering upping from 15mg
