Does anyone feel that their face and eyes change when the headaches consume you?How long does it last and do you think its anxiety or depre?

My face and eyes change and I look different to normal when my episode occurs. My face is starting to feel a little better but my eyes and eyesight are slower to return to normal. I have had headaches for the past three weeks and feel like I have been completely mental with no let up due to the pain in my head. I'm sat near a window and the light us hurting my eyes. I'm squinting to type this. I also wonder if I have had a psychotic episode and or schizophrenia or bipolar. I gave not been diagnosed with either but have my concerns. How debilitating is depression for you. If I have depression why do I get these horrible attacks all of a sudden. Does anyone else have these?
