Scared now because of a post I read on Reddit

So I was reading about a 22 year old who passed from a heart attack from Covid and didn’t have any symptoms and went to Er for chest pain and went in cardiac arrest now my chest hurt I’m only 16 and I’m so scared I wanna go get my heart checked out now I’m worrying about my heart again I also heard heart attacks rates are going up and becoming more common in young people

Being worried and concerned can cause symptoms similar to heart conditions. The best thing is to discuss your situation with a medical professional person. It is easy to do a quick physical check on your heart. If you struggle with anxieties, these can be treated too. If you have the opportunity, take the Covid-19 test to be sure you don't have it
