Dizziness when bending over

I was bending over picking up some trash and I was so dizzy thinking I was about to pass out

This is quite common and nothing to worry about , happens to me often

You could have some wax in your ears if it keeps happening but if it is a one of then I should just forget it happened

If it keeps happening you need to see a GP to check for inner ear infection.

Z- I really am going through all of your posts to see where I can help. As previous posters have said, ear infections are a huge problem with dizziness. Typically fluid gets trapped in your sinuses and messes with your equilibrium. But this is a big one for me, low blood pressure. I have low blood pressure and it actually runs in my family. I've actually passed out before from it but usually I'm really dizzy if something has made it drop quickly. One of the main reasons behind it is dehydration, so drink your 64 oz. of water, it has helped me! Having a heart problem with this is less likely to happen than high blood pressure.
