Upper stomach and chest tightening

Does end one feel the top up there stomache and chest tighten?My dr treated me over the phone for an ulcer.Other people think it is my anxiety,I have severe panic attacks.

Has the Doctor given you anything to take ?

I think it is one of those that do we listen to the Doctor or do we listen to others

I know because I do it I ask the Doctor and then I ask everyone else who is not a Doctor and then start panicking the Doctor may not be right !

Did you explain to the Doctor how anxious you were ?

If you did along with your other symptoms I am sure they will have made a correct diagnosis , but if you are not 100% sure you could always ask for another call and tell them how you feel making sure and no doubt it will be you explain how you are suffering with anxiety to

My stomach is in a right mess at the moment I have been told mine is IBS

Sounds like acid reflux

Hi I've had that it for a few months now it was really bad at one point but I seen 3 doctors and was told it was acid reflux and the more anxiety I had the more acid I made got gastric tablets it's a lot better now but if I start panicking I feel it going hard and tight I'm having a ultra scan at end of month to be sure I've had blood test and stool sample down all come back ok apart from being low in iron so I'm not saying it's what you have but that's what I was told mine was hope that helped a bit
