I wouldn’t have a clue. But I’d love to know the answer.. :( Sorry you’re also going through this.

It’s so hard, idk of a way. Sometimes what helps for me (not all the time) is just getting up and forcing myself to walk to workout. Or play music that I know will start to get me to do a little bop. Also talking to myself saying this is temporary, it will pass, you will be okay sometimes helps too.

Don't watch the news, since they always highlight the negative things that are happening. Avoid that type of negativity and focus on positive things. Reddit, Facebook, YouTube, etc. all have pages/groups/channels with nothing but happy stories and people doing good deeds. My favorite one is on Reddit and the group is called Uplifting News 😊

Yeah- I didn't notice it as bad until I tried taking Buspar. I went off of it a week and a half ago and I'm still feeling some nasty side effects from it :-( It took my anxiety to a whole new level.

You are definetly not alone on this. Some are afraid to say anything but there is a sense of doom and gloom globally. You hear it from people you would not expect to. Be the positive change this world needs we really are all in this together.
