I am struggling so bad with poor sleep . My mind won’t shut up and it’s been like this on and off for 6-8 weeks I can’t function properly it’s SUPER ANNOYING.
I don’t wanna rely and take sleeping pills what can help me to sleep better I try meditation, YOGA , BREATHING . Maybe I’m not trying hard enough or just need to stop thinking so much .

Have you ever tried a sleep Study? I’ve been suffering from insomnia. I’ve been diagnosed with sleep apnea. I’m hoping this will help with my problem? There is No drugs involved, just a machine that provides oxygen while you sleep. Look into it?
Sorry to hear about your sleep troubles — I know how frustrating that can be! Have you tried melatonin? It’s an over-the-counter, non-habit-forming supplement you can take a couple of hours before bedtime. (There’s all kinds of info online about it if you Google it.) I know it’s helped a lot of people. Maybe take a warm shower or bath, keep the lights low, and avoid using electronic devices in the hour or two leading up to bedtime. I would also check with a doctor if possible to see what he or she recommends, to be on the safe side. They may be able to prescribe you something that is more effective, if needed, to help you out in the short term.
