Yes. I have. The problem comes from all that thinking shit. Your body and mind will sleep and rest when they need to. Stay out of it. Lay down and enjoy yourself at night by thinking about whatever the hell you want to think about and don't care less about how you do or don't sleep. Sleep industry makes billions off instilling these fears in us about not sleeping. Money driven. If you feel dizzy......just accept it and move on. Stay out of your mind and into your life. Things like sleep and digestion take care of themselves. Move on. You can feel tired and enjoy your life. Read Dale Carnegie "How to stop worrying and start living ".
