Update on my drs appointment

So I finally went to the drs after not going for about 3 years. When I first got there my vitals were alittle high my blood pressure was 146/120 heart rate 128 which is a little high I’ve never had high blood pressure before, but before I left they retook it and thankfully went down 128/74 heart rate 100 which is much better. I had lab test done I had a CBC, thyroid check, and for anemia. Which is exactly what I wanted. I was also referred to a physiologist which she said to make the appointment now since it takes a few months to be seen and if I decide I don’t want he appointment at that time I can just cancel. Now I go back on June 1 for lab results and to see how lm feeling and check my blood pressure again which she said she’s not concerned about having high blood pressure. I’m nervous for the results but also relieved I might get some answers to see what’s going on if anything. I feel like This is much more than anxiety but we’ll see. Does anyone know what a CBC checks for? She did say I looked a little pale which may mean I’m anemic but again we’ll see what the results say. Thanks you for taking the time to read. She also said to get up slowly and not be standing up for too long since I’m experiencing dizziness.

I had high blood pressure due to diet. I lowered my salt intake and my blood pressure is far more normal now. I also just have a naturally high heart rate. I am glad you are doing okay.
