Venlafaxine tapering

Hi All ,

I did my second small taper again 3 days ago . I’m now down to 112.50 mg from 150 mg . I spaced the first taper out by almost 3 weeks . Things are going good . I feel better . I notice my face is losing from the the fluid retention . The only thing I have felt is a bit of a headache .

I’m thankful I’m am doing it really slow and that things are going well . I plan to down in 2 weeks . I may do it sooner if I’m feeling good . I have some time off work in the next 2 weeks and it would be a good time for me . I’d love to be able to get down to 75mg is possible in my next reduction. Heres hoping .
