Hi. I know most of us are anxious. I have been paranoid bout my pulse rate since the quarantine. Then there's back pain from time to time- not really intense pain- but yeah it's there. Last night and this afternoon, I just felt my heart beat fast. But I just ignored it. Same this afternoon. I keep on thinking that the other days, my pulse rate was normal. Just venting out. Hope you are all safe!
