Experiencing tongue twitches on the right side of my tongue only, extremely worried, pleaseee help, ist anxiety or any other health issue

I have anxiety for 7 8 years now, have experienced many physical symptoms but this tongue twitches are new and im extremely worried as i have googled and it says ASL and one more condition, please 🙏🏻

Buy some Bragg’s Apple cider vinegar , start drinking a couple table spoons a day. It helps with twitching in the eyes ect . There is nothing medically wrong with you. Our bodies all do weird things at random time’s . Look up Apple cider vinegar for random twitches . Should cure it instantly

So I’ve had bad anxiety for a while now and was getting similar twitches too. I had them all over my body and I had one on the bridge of my nose for months! I thought the exact same thing you did. I convinced myself something terrible was wrong. I went to doctors and had tests done as well as an MRI on my brain and everything came back completely fine! The neurologist explained that in my case it probably was anxiety and that it can show itself in physical symptoms such as the twitches which I had no idea. I still recommend talking to a doctor because every situation is different but just thought I would share my story. Hope this helps!
