How is it we say it feels like we are dying when we have no clue what death feels like?

No one that's living no anything about the dead. What we are feeling is not death or at least that's how I feel. I know when my anxiety is high I dont feel comfortable I'm not goin say I feel like I'm dying anymore because I have no idea what that feeling is. I just have to stay true to myself and know who I am deep down inside. Wants I admitted I have an anxiety or sometimes depression, I learn how to cope with it, and even control it. I don't get scared or overwhelmed because it just makes it worst. I don't give into something I know that's gonna hurt me it makes anxiety worse than what it seems. Anxiety is no joke trust me that shit is real. But as long as I'm living I will never let it defeat me even if I'm at my lowest point in life. I control me i am my destiny. so let's stop saying it feels like we are dying, we have no idea what death is.
