I would have to say yes, since I’ve developed anxiety I’ve been paranoid of things I never thought I would certain foods chemicals I put on my body etc... I know it’s Psychosomatic but the brain can be very powerful making it worse. If I may ask what have you become paranoid about?
Just really anything tbh :/
