Medication resistant anxiety is chocking me....HELP

I have been on many med combinations and recently told that I will just have to learn to use my cat and dbt skills as I am medication resistant. I am so tired of this and miss the days when I enjoyed living each day instead of having to struggle jut to survive

I am so sorry to hear this have you looked into genetic testing ?? I think a geneticist can look into why your body isn’t absorbing the meds right ... and hopefully find out what med would work ...I hope this helps a little !
