I have a history of this but I was just wondering whoever experience this also does everything around u feel like it's far away and kinda scary bc it doesn't seem real at all.

I’ve had derealization for months straight, and yes everything looks far away, feel dreamlike/animated and kind of airheaded

Yes deal with it every single day and it just ruins my day because it's scary to deal with
