You mean depersonalization? anxietynomore.co.uk/blog/20...

Yes you will feel like yourself again, have you tried using positive affirmations to conquer these feelings? Saying things like this:

- I feel like my normal self everywhere I go

- I feel strong and well

- I walk on the streets with confidence and boldness

- Each day I get better and better in every way

- I am completely restored

If you could write a list of great things that you want and feelings that you want to feel this light help you big time! Saying it out loud twice a day or even recording your own voice saying these things and listening to it to sleep will boost you so much! Other than that are you eating enough carbs? Sometimes a lack of carbs can cause dizziness and that feeling of faintness! Lettuce and turkey are supposed to be brilliant for boosting moods which might just make you feel more normal.

Keep praying and believing that things will get better soon! Believe that God loves you and has a good plan for your life xx

Mate dont worry! And do not google symptoms, they will feed your anxiety. You have to ride it out. Ive had it before at the age of 14! For ages! Just ignore it and think positive and even though you will experience these symptoms and they effect you daily just ignore it and dont retaliate unless you want to have anxiety for longer.
