Palpitations/tachycardia

Hello, every morning my heart rate will shoot you to 140bpm when doing the slightest thing (walking a few steps, washing the dishes etc). This happens to me daily and can happen throughout the day often too. I have had many tests and the doctors have found nothing wrong, however it seems to make me feel uncomfortable and anxious afterwards. Does anyone else suffer with this problem?

Thank You, I had an ECG and it was good, she did blood work to check my thyroid and cholesterol , thyroid is good and most bloodwork was good , two parts of my cholesterol came out high so of course I called nurse on call and she explained some of it but waiting on the doctor to explain , just upset they did not do this blood pressure check that they said they were going to do , it’s where you sit stand snd lay down , but two weeks ago it was 130/80 so I will follow up on Monday.
