Not anxiety but it is health

So these last two days I’ve been getting bad eye pain, nose pain, and ear pain. The ear pains been happening for a couple of weeks. Doctors keep telling me it’s mucus build up. But the eye pain is new and also worry’s me. Because eye pain is a sign of an aneurysm. I’m 19, no history of it or tumors in my family. But the eye pain is worrying me, I’ve also had really bad flank pain - but that could be from my period. My eyes are sensitive to light also, and lots of motion. Not really blurry, or double visioned though. The eye that hurts the most is puffy, but it’s not pink eye. It is giving me headaches though, could it really be stockage and stuff from my sinuses and constant runny nose ? I’m also abnormally tired today.

I looked over a few of your posts and you definitely remind me of myself and my health anxiety. Sometimes you have to think about the odds of things- the odds of a 19 year old with a brain aneurysm are slim. So much, much more likely to be something temporary. Try not to be like me and jump to the worst possible conclusion (because it’s not that). You’re ok!

I try so hard but then my brain starts wondering and one thing leads to the next and I’m on the internet searching my symptoms and then next thing I know I’m apparently dying

Believe me, I completely understand this. Kicking the googling habit would be the best thing for you, and it’s not easy. But I would try to have a goal- like one week of no googling- no matter what symptoms you feel. See how nice that week was and then maybe you will have incentive to keep it up. I am still struggling with this myself. Another thing I do is if I have a compulsion to google something I’ll say to myself- let’s wait until tomorrow and see if the compulsion is still there. And more than half the time it’s not!

Yeah I’ve noticed that. Because when something specific bothers me I’ll look into it and the next day it’ll be something new bothering me, and Knock on glass but my whole body failing me is unlikely

Exactly! The worst case scenario is almost never the most likely.
