I’m honestly starting to lose hope. SERIOUSLY!

Everyone tells me that my symptoms are just from my GAD. How?

How can I be lying down in bed relaxing and my whole body start to ache, headaches, tremors, dizzy, lightheaded, feel like I can’t breathe!!! This can’t be anxiety how can it mess with me when I’m just relaxing in bed. I shouldn’t feel so out of breath while just laying in bed! I’m 19 years old!!!!

Yes you can. I couldn't even lie down unless I had taken my anxiety meds.

It will pass though I promise you.

Talk to someone.

Discuss changing meds or starting if your not on them.

Quentipin/seroquil were what saved me from the same symptoms

And a Xanax to immediately help.

As I said see gp.

Just remember there are others who suffered the same and came through.

Even if you don't believe it now, keep the faith it will happen.

Your symptoms could be a combination of things. The best way to track a pattern of these is to keep a log of everything you do during the day and when these episodes occur. They could be physical, mental, or emotional reactions to things going on in your life. They could be panic attacks. They could stem from fears, unmet expectations, broken relationships, etc.

Stress can cause heart attack like symptoms, headaches, stomach aches, etc. Digging a little deeper into your personal life might uncover where the problem is really originating from. Understanding what is going and why will help tremendously. bit.ly/2oC2OtB. Feel free to write back if you'd like.
