Tingling left hand and arm

I went to the gym this morning and did weights. But for some reason I feel tingling in my left arm and hand. No chest pain or any other feeling should I be worried.

You’ve probably strained a muscle and aggravated a nerve. Keep an eye on it and if it doesn’t calm down then get a wee check at the doctors. I’m sure you’ll be fine though x

Sounds like it's related to the gym.

Are you thinking something else is going on? Do you have a history of something?

No I don’t have any other issues. The more I think I about it I think I have a pinch nerve. From the tingling and pins and needles feeling. Sometimes the burning sensation.

Just twinched a nerve nothing to worry about that my left hand tingles all time
