Just something to think about, and you don’t have to agree with me but the goal isn’t to make it through the day or week without having a panic attack as hard as that is to sink in, because with that mindset we’re still allowing ourself to be afraid of no real danger. Instead the goal is that if you have one that you learn to work through it lessening the fear of it, which takes practice and consistency and over time the panic will lessen because you’ve taken the fear out and you’ve shown you’re brain through experience and repetitivenessthat we don’t need to run to “safety” and we’re safe where we are, and that’s when the panic will not come around as often.
