Yes. It helps me. I didnt feel any side effects when I first started either.

What mg do you take, did you feel any worse at first?

There may be some adjustment at the beginning as there is with any SSRI med.

However within 4-6 weeks you should reach full efficacy. If your doctor ups the

dose during the time you need give it a few days to take effect.

I started on 15mg and most recently upped to 20mg (been on it 7 years)

During that dosage increase a few months ago, I barely felt a couple days for

adjustment. Nothing major. Good drug for me. Wish you the same. xx

I’ve been on this med for over 10 years. I recently up the dose from 10mg to 20mg. Does it work?? Well yes but not a miracle worker. The good thing about it I had no side effects with it. Good luck hope it works for you.

I’ve been on this for around 4 months. 5 mg for first two weeks then 10 mg. It’s been good for me. Had unpleasant side effects days 4-9 but then better and better. GAD has abated completely. Stick with it. It definitely took me 8 weeks until I knew for certain it was the answer 😊
