Anxiety, so simple so severe

I used to post in OCD section even if my diagnosis is OCD & Panic Attack Disorder & Anxiety. OCD sounds more serious and complicated, so I did the mistake to totally forget the anxiety disorder of my diagnosis (Panic Disorder is dead thanks to clomipramine) charging everything to OCD. Friendly advice, don't do anything similar.

Do you think your ocd is a way of coping with your anxiety?

I've had ocd tendencies before (but not full blown diagnosable ocd) and for me, having some order and control is calming.

Unpacking our mental health issues is so difficult.

I never thought this way before. OCD is bad thing basically, but thanks to clomipramine you can deal with it.

Can you please tell me about Clomipramine? I have a panic disorder mostly due to general anxiety and I occasionally need Xanax. I’m also on 10mg of lexapro. I know Xanax isn’t good long term but it’s the only thing that works!

Clomipramine kills panic forever, have some side effects, especially in the beginning. But regarding ocd and panic is the absolute solution. I take 2x75mg per day.
