How do you cope with social anxiety?

Hi I'm new here,

It's taken me to 30 years of age to come to the realisation it's Social Anxiety that I suffer with... My husbands going away on a course for two days on Sunday and I've spent the past month dreading it worrying about it.

What do you do to cope with it

Hi I used to love my own company then I started with anxiety about a year back and hated being alone in the house. For me it just took time. I guess the first day you will feel anxious but I think it will die down. I now think of all the stuff I can do alone like watch and eat what I want. And enjoy the quiet haha
